Off The Deep End's Guarantee and Return Policy

We want your satisfaction. Purchasers may return any item(s) within seven (7) days of receipt for exchange or refund/credit subject to the following conditions:

• All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number can be obtained by contacting our sales office at 800-248-0645 (Mon-Fri. 10am -6 pm, Eastern) or by email at customerservice@offthedeepend.com. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Items for return must be shipped to us within seven days of the receipt of the return authorization.

• Special Order items may not be returned.

• Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging with all accompanying parts.

• Inflatable merchandise must be returned unused and sealed in its original packaging. Any item that has been inflated may not be returned.

• Problems with defective merchandise should be directed to our sales office, via phone or email, within 30 days of receipt.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Exchanged items are subject to a reshipping charge.

• Masks and wigs may not be returned.

• Products ordered in error and returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Costume Returns:

Costumes may only be returned subject to the following conditions:
• Costumes must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging and must contain all of the accessories.
• No refund will be issued for any returned costume or accessory that has evidence of wear or damage.
• Sales of costumes between Oct. 10 and Nov. 5 are final. Exchange of the same costume in a different size, if available, is permitted until Oct. 20. Exchanges will be treated as a new order and your credit card will be billed for the product and shipping. A refund will be issued for the purchase price only (Excluding shipping) of the returned item once it is received and inspected.
